First, make sure the Draganflyer battery is fully charged, and that the transmitter battery is fully charged. Check that the transmitter antenna is fully tightened and that the wire antenna on the Draganflyer is not loose.

Check if the transmitter crystal is plugged in all the way (this would be on the front of the transmitter in the bottom corner, or on the back in the top middle). Inspect the receiver module on the Draganflyer main circuit board. This is the part that is on the side above the arming button. The pins on this part should be plugged in all the way, so that none of the metal on the pins is exposed.

When the Draganflyer receives radio signals properly, before pressing the arming button, the red LED should blink fast when the throttle is at max, and slow when the throttle is at the lowest setting.
