Thunder Power RC Lithium Polymer battery packs for RC cars and trucks are an upgrade for any electric r/c vehicle including on-road rc touring cars, pan and oval rc cars, off-road monster trucks, rc stadium trucks and buggies. These Race Series LiPo packs are different from Thunder Power's other lipoly packs because they are surrounded by a special impact resistant hard case. For use in competitive racing, the official Remotely Operated Auto Racers (ROAR) specifications require a factory installed hard shell around all Lithium Polymer battery packs for impact resistance. These new Thunder Power packs meet ROAR requirements.
