These Thunder Power RC Lithium Polymer battery packs for RC cars and RC trucks are an upgrade for any electric R/C vehicle including on-road RC touring cars, pan and oval RC cars, off-road monster trucks, RC stadium trucks, and buggies.

TP Sport-Race Series LiPo packs are different from other Thunder Power lipoly packs because they are surrounded by a special impact-resistant hard case. For use in competitive racing, the official Remotely Operated Auto Racers (ROAR) specifications require a factory installed hard shell around all Lithium Polymer battery packs for impact resistance. These new Thunder Power packs meet ROAR requirements.
