This is a combo including the Thunder Power TP-1010C li poly charger and the TP-210V balancer
Charger Details:
The Thunder Power 1010C Li Poly Battery Charger is one of the easiest to use and most
advanced chargers available. Designed specifically to charge
Lithium ion and Lithium polymer batteries it provides a number of
safety features such as an over charge cuttoff and a data port
to communicate with a cell balancer. When using a balancer such as the 205V or 210V,
the 1010 will provide an imbalance cutoff and allows you to
monitor each individual cell in the battery. Because the charging
system is extremely safe you will be able to charge at high rates allowing for shorter
charge times and more flying.

Balancer Details:
The Thunder Power TP-210V 2-10 Cell Smart Balancer for Lithium Polymer Batteries will help keep your li poly batteries in top condition.
Balancing the cell voltages will prevent any of the cells from becoming higher or lower than the rest, which if left unchecked, could lead to over- or under-voltage damage.
Works with 2s to 10s (7.4v to 37.0v) Thunder Power Li Poly batteries.
Series pack balancing connection options: 2s+4s, 2s+5s, 3s+4s, 3s+5s, 4s+4s, 4s+5s, 5s+5s.
