Product Description:
The Micro Mosquito Indoor RC helicopter is only 6.5 inches long but flies with the control of a full size co-axial model helicopter. Based on the award-winning BladeRunner coaxial rotor design, the Micro Mosquito helicopter flies in all directions with 3 channel digital proportional control. The Micro Mosquito can fly up, down, forward, reverse, turn left & right, and even hover on the spot. Its open structure design combined with glowing green eyes lets you see the inner workings while you watch in awe at its total control flight performance. A great indoor RC helicopter for hours of entertainment.
We recommend adding the optional AC wall adapter charger so you do not require the 6 C batteries in the landing pad/charge station to charge the helicopter.

I Purchased one of these a few months ago. It is a great product, however I feel the next generation of these indoor flyer's will be much better. I modified mine, added larger blades, larger rear propeller. Carbon fiber legs, with adjustable weights, were just a few mods. Now it flies perfectly, fwd, back, I can navigate the whole house, even fly outside. If you need any more information on how to modify this Micro Helicopter, I would be only too happy to help.

I got one for my birthday, and it's a blast to play with though it's very hard to control. Hover is easy, but it spins around a lot; I adjust the trim, and then it's OK until I give it "forward throttle", whereupon it starts spinning again and goes off circling in some random direction. It also gets sucked into anything it hovers close to. (Walls, cabinets, the ceiling, etc.) Don't think you'll be chasing the cat around the house; you'll be lucky if you make it across the room.
It's amazingly durable though; I've crashed hundreds of times -into tables, walls, ceilings, lights, and still have not used my spare parts. The gears flex and pop out of alignment, but you can pop them back in an instant once you see what's wrong.
I'd buy a copter where you can see a video of CONTINUOUS controlled flight though; the videos made up of real short segments don't prove much.
