The resulting change in airflow from the blades causes the RC helicopter to move in the desired direction. Changing the pitch of the rotors provides very fine control. There are ways that an RC helicopter can be built that eliminate the need for pitch control. These fixed pitch RC helicopters are a great way to start flying rc helicopters, because of their simplified controls and low cost. In this article we will look at how they work, and see some good examples of this design in actual RC helis.

How Fixed Pitch RC Helis Work

In order to understand how fixed pitch RC helicopters work, it is useful to consider a fixed wing aircraft. Airplanes can fly because air moves over the wings, resulting in a difference in air pressure between the top and bottom, which causes lift. To increase the lift we can do one of two things. The speed of the air moving over the wings can be increased, or the curve of the wing can be made steeper. If we think of the rotors on a RC helicopter like the wings on a plane, the easiest way to increase lift is to cause them to spin faster. This will send the helicopter upwards. When the helicopter needs to descend the rotor speed is decreased.

Quad Rotor RC Helicopter Design

Some RC helicopters are built using four main rotors, each mounted at a right angle to the aircraft. This design allows four channel control, without the complexity of variable pitch. A flight computer can read the input from a radio receiver and then change the speed of each motor accordingly. Using a flight computer also allows automatic stabilization of the helicopter. The flight computer is a sophisticated circuit board, which is capable of changing the motion of the helicopter under different conditions. This makes quad rotor helicopters perfect for aerial video and surveillance. The Draganflyer helicopters use this design, and are available in several different models.

Conventional RC Helicopter Design

There are two ways in which a fixed pitch RC helicopters direction of travel can be changed . If we include a rear rotor, which is mounted at a right angle to the fuselage (body of the helicopter), we can use it to push the helicopters nose in the desired direction. Our Mini Bell Helicopters are a good example of this design, and are able to be built to very small dimensions because of the reduced complexity.

Coaxial RC Helicopter Design

We can also use two main rotors, each linked to a separate motor to turn the helicopter. By spinning each rotor at a different rate, the yaw (direction) of the helicopter can be controlled. Our Bladerunner Series and Lama V4 R/C helicopters use this fixed pitch coaxial design. Each rotor can be placed on the same axial. This reduces the size of the helicopter, so that they can be flown indoors. Learn more about coaxial helicopters.

Another benefit of the fixed pitch coaxial design is that it frees an extra channel of control. If we don’t need to control the direction (pitch or yaw, depending on application) of the RC helicopter with the tail rotor, we can mount it in the same direction as the main rotor blades, allowing pitch control. This design is found in our Micro Mosquito RC helicopter, where two main rotors are complemented by a tail rotor.

Benefits of Fixed Pitch RC Helicopters

A minimal amount of parts are required because of the simple fixed pitch design

Repairs are simple, because there are few moving parts

Some fixed pitch RC helicopters can be flown indoors.

The Draganflyer RC Helicopters are an excellent choice for aerial video because the coaxial design gives stability

There are several different approaches to coaxial rc helicopter design. There are two main ways that the main rotors of a helicopter can be mounted. In conventional helicopters, one main rotor is mounted on top of the fuselage, and a smaller tail rotor is added to the end of the tail boom. In this system yaw is controlled using the tail rotor, and every other aspect of flight is controlled by altering the pitch of the main rotor blades. It is also important to have a tail rotor so that the torque from the main rotors can be canceled out. Torque is caused by the main rotor spinning in one direction. Because of Newton’s laws of physics (for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction), the nose turns in the opposite direction.

How Coaxial Helicopters Work

Instead of using the tail rotor to control the yaw, two main rotors can be mounted on the helicopter, and spun at different rates. The thrust difference will cause the nose of the helicopter to turn. This duel rotor design is employed in several full scale helicopters, including the CH-47 Chinook, frequently used as a military
transport helicopter because of its immense lifting capacity. The same principle applies to remote control helicopters, but most of the time we choose to mount each rotor on the same axial, hence the term “coaxial”.

Paired rotors spinning in opposite directions

The rotors of a coaxial helicopter need to spin in opposite directions to cancel out the gyroscopic force. On some helicopters, both rotors are on top of each other The main axial of a coaxial helicopter actually consists of two separate axils, one mounted inside the other. Each sub axial is connected to a gear at the base of the shaft, and each gear is attached to an electric motor. These two motors operate independently of each other, so varying the speeds of each rotor is possible.

Since the rotors need to spin in opposite directions, the top and bottom rotor blades are curved in opposite directions. This is because each rotor needs to be pointed into the air flow in order to work. The bottom rotor usually rotates in a clockwise direction, while the top rotor rotates in a counterclockwise direction. It is important to note this if you need to replace your helicopters rotor blades. Your helicopter will not fly if they are installed incorrectly.

Two Channel Coaxial RC Helicopter Design

It is possible to build a coaxial helicopter so that it only needs two main rotors, and eliminate the tail rotor entirely. Tilting the main rotors forward slightly, results in a constant forward movement. An excellent example of this simple design is our Firefly RC Helicopter, which is recommended for beginners due to it’s simple controls.

Three Channel Coaxial RC Helicopter Design

There are other cases where a tail rotor is still added to a coaxial rc helicopter. The tail rotor is placed in the same direction as the main rotors. This allows pitch control, so the forward and reverse rate of the helicopter can be changed. This means that you can fly backwards, forwards and even hover. The Micro Mosquito rc helicopter uses this design.

Four Channel RC Helicopter Design

Even though the coaxial design is most frequently used in small, fixed pitch rc helicopters, it can also be used for models with cyclic collective pitch. The only difference between these models and the conventional designs is their lack of a tail rotor. As with the models above, yaw is controlled by changing the rate at which each rotor spins, but the rotors can change their pitch. This allows the helicopter all four degrees of freedom: pitch, bank, throttle, and yaw. The Esky Lama V4 uses this design, making it a good all around RC helicopter.

Benefits Of The Coaxial Design

The simple design leads to a low cost.

Because yaw is controlled with the main rotors, pitch can be controlled with the tail rotor.

This design produces a great amount of stability.

Because they are stable, these helicopters are a great way to learn how to fly.

You must pair each helicopter to its remote control each time you turn it on.

Each Mini Heli Laser Battle Helicopter can actually run on any one of the 3 channels and be controlled by either one of the two transmitters (black infrared remote controllers). Each time you turn the helicopter ON it automatically locks itself to whatever transmitter it first receives a signal from. Each time you turn the helicopter off it resets itself and looses this assignment.

Please follow these instructions each time you want to turn the helicopter on.

Make sure both remotes and both helicopters are turned OFF.

Pick a remote, set it to “Channel A” and turn it on.

Pick a helicopter and turn it on.

Push up on the left stick on the remote to make the rotors spin a bit.

Now this helicopter is paired with this remote and ready to fly on Channel A. Now do not touch the controls on this remote until after step 10.

Wait at least 5 seconds.

Take the second remote, set it to “Channel C” and turn it on.

Get the other helicopter and turn it on.

Push up on the left stick on the remote to make the rotors on this helicopter spin a bit.

Now this second helicopter is ready to fly on Channel C.

Start your super battleplanes!

This battery is good for hundreds of uses, but if you ever find that you need to replace yours please follow these instructions:

Remove the small motor pinion gears by prying them off with a thin screwdriver. (read this article if you have trouble)

Remove the retainer on the bottom main shaft. The tab will pull off sideways.

Remove the rotor assembly (rotors, shaft & gears) as one piece, either by pulling on the top of the main shaft or by pushing the bottom of the main shaft up through the body.

Remove all 7 screws on the bottom of the Micro Mosquito or Firefly body.

Remove the 4 motor screws on the top.

Gently separate the upper and lower body halves until you can see screw which holds the circuit board to the upper body half. The screw is located on the inside near the front left leg. Remove this screw.

Pull the battery up to release it from the adhesive tape, and locate the red and black wires. Unsolder the old battery and remove. Set the new battery in place and solder its wires, ensuring that the polarity is correct. The red wire is positive and the black wire is negative. Do not allow the battery wires to short to each other, or allow the wires to touch any point on the circuit board except the battery contact points (labeled B+ and B-).

Replace the screw that holds the circuit board to the upper body half.

Align and join the upper and lower body halves, ensuring that none of the internal wires are pinched.

Replace the 4 motor screws.

Replace the 7 screw that hold the body halves together.

Install the rotor assembly, sliding the bottom of the shaft through the hole in the center.

Clip the retainer onto the bottom of the main shaft where it exits the bottom of the body.

Replace the small motor pinion gears. The pinion with the flat cap should be installed on the right hand motor with the flat cap facing up. The other pinion should be installed on the left hand motor with the stem facing up. The pinion on the right side should mesh with the upper large gear, and the pinion on the left side should mesh with the lower large gear.

The battery replacement is now complete.

With three video camera equipped Draganflyer R/C helicopter models on the market it is easy to choose the one that fits your budget and your needs. All of these Draganflyer models use 2.4GHz wireless video transmission. The three models are the Draganflyer V-Ti with Eyecam, the Draganflyer V-Ti Pro, and the Draganflyer SAVS.

The Technology Behind Capturing Wireless Video

The Draganflyers use an onboard camera with a 2.4 Gigahertz broadcasting transmitter. A ground based receiver converts the wireless video signal to a standard composite signal. Each successive Draganflyer model uses a higher resolution camera, and improved wireless receiver than the previous one. The Draganflyer SAVS even uses a diversity video receiver with dual patch antennas. (These are the two white square signal receivers mounted on the receiver base station case). These enable the Draganflyer SAVS to receive signals from the transmitter that have followed different paths. The Draganflyer SAVS diversity receiver collects both of the signals and utilizes the strongest one, switching between the two for optimum signal quality.

Capturing & Recording the Wireless Video

Since all Draganflyer rc helicopter wireless video receivers output composite video through a standard RCA plug (1/8” or 3.5mm), you can connect it to almost any video recorder or display device. If you only need to view the video, the receiver can be connected to a television. To record the video signal, simply connect it to your VCR or camcorder. If you would like to record the video for professional or commercial applications, a digital recording format is ideal. The video can be edited and converted to DVD or other popular formats. A good recording format is mini-DV, which is used by many camcorders. This stores digital information on a magnetic tape. Once recorded, the video can be transferred to a computer (via firewire) and is in a digital format which completely eliminates any quality loss caused by copying. Most mini-DV devices are small in size (perfect to store in your SAVS receiver case), and have a viewing screen for watching the live feed.

Upgrading Your Draganflyer Wireless Video System

All of the Draganflyer RC helicopter camera systems can be upgraded from the base V-Ti version to the SAVS. Here are links to the Eyecam Extreme High Resolution Wireless Color Video Camera System - Draganflyer Helicopter Upgrade and the Draganflyer SAVS Upgrade Kit - Convert Your Ti Pro To An SAVS.

We sell replacement main rotor blades as well as tail propellers for the palm size mini helis. The replacement rotors are compatible with Mini Bell, Mini Spaceman, Havoc Heli, Picco Z and most of the other brandmates.

How to Remove the Old Main Rotor Blade

In order to remove a mini IR helicopter main rotor, the main metal shaft must be held stationary with a small pair of needle nose pliers, or a pair of very thin vise grips.

Grasp the shaft right below the bottom of the rotor, and while holding this stationary twist and pull the old damaged rotor off.

If the old rotor is on too tight to remove and you are comfortable using a sharp hobby knife you can shave plastic off of the side of the main rotor shaft until you get down to the metal, essentially cutting the damaged rotor in half so it separates and removes easily.

How to Install the New Main Rotor Blade

Once the old main rotor is off, continue holding the metal shaft with pliers, and gently press the new rotor onto the shaft.

The main rotor only needs to go on far enough that it becomes snug but you can get it on farther by holding the main shaft with pliers, turning the helicopter upside down and tapping the rotor against a hard surface like a counter top, driving the metal shaft in further.

If the new rotor is loose, put a drop of CA glue or silicone adhesive on the metal shaft before sliding the rotor on, and allow adequate time for it to dry.

How to Remove the Old Tail Propeller

Removing the tail propeller is very easy, simply pull off the old tail propeller.

Be gentle not to pull the motor out of its socket.

The propeller should pull straight off. It is not glued.

How to Install the New Tail Propeller

Inspect the motor shaft and remove any hair or dust that has built up.

Gently push the new tail propeller onto the motor shaft.

Power up your Mini Heli for a test flight.

If the helicopter spins out of control, the tail propeller is on backwards. Gently pull off the tail propeller, flip it so the opposite side is facing the motor and press it back on.

If your Mini Heli main rotor blade is broken or has lost the little weights on the top stabilizer, it is easy to just replace the stabilizer portion only. It is often much easier to swap this part off of a new replacement Mini Heli main rotor set than to take off the entire rotorset and replace it. The only tool you will need is a paper clip or other small sharp object.

How to Replace Just the Mini Heli Stabilizer Bar

Buy a new Replacement Main Rotor

Straighten part of the paper clip

Use the straight part of the paper clip to push out the metal pin that holds the top black plastic part to the black plastic shaft

If you look at the side of the upper plastic part, you will see a metal pin in a hole in the side

Use the paper clip to push this pin out

Be careful not to lose the pin

Pop off the two plastic linkages, and the old upper plastic part will come off

Repeat this procedure to remove the same part from the new replacement rotorset

Put the new replacement part on the top of the old black plastic shaft

Line up the hole in the side with the hole through the top of the black plastic shaft

Push the metal pin back in place

Pop the linkages back on

Now your Mini RC Heli is repaired and ready to use.

Use the Trim Buttons

To make your Heli stop spinning use the two trim buttons labeled “ST.TRIM” on the transmitter.

If the helicopter constantly rotates clockwise (when viewed from above) use the “L” button to trim it in the opposite direction of the spin.

If the helicopter rotates counterclockwise, use the “R” button instead. Click (press & release) the trim button as many as 30 times while the helicopter is hovering in the air - don’t just hold the trim button down.

If the trim button has no effect after more than 30 clicks, try pressing the other trim button repeatedly, in case the wrong trim button was initially used.

Notes On Using the Trim Buttons

The helicopter must be turned on and hovering (even if it is spinning) while you press and release the appropriate trim button in order for this to work.

The trim resets every time you turn the unit off, and will need to be reset before each use.

After the helicopter is correctly trimmed, you may still need to make small adjustments in flight while the battery power drains.

Different throttle settings may cause the helicopter to rotate, so it is best to set the trim while it is hovering rather that accelerating up or down.

Further Troubleshooting

If the heli continually spins counterclockwise even after pressing the the “R” trim button over 30 times, there may be something causing reduced power from the tail propeller.

Check for hair wrapped around the motor shaft going to the tail propeller. If there is any, gently pull the tail prop off and remove the hair.

Ensure the tail propeller is installed the correct way, if it is on backwards the helicopter will not stop spinning even with full trim adjustment. Try taking the tail prop off and putting it on facing the opposite way.

The correct orientation for the tail propeller is with the flares pointing away from the motor mount.

Not all the rotor blades spin in the same direction. This is why your Draganflyer rotor blades have markings “A” and “B”. The coaxial rotor design makes the Draganflyer extremely stable and easy to fly. Draganflyer V-ti and Draganflyer V-ti Pro RC helicopters come with a single solid rotor blade on each of the helis ‘arms’. The Draganflyer SAVS RC Helicopter comes with 2-piece folding rotor blades. Two of the motors spin counterclockwise (A) and the other two spin clockwise (B). All Draganflyer rotor blades are designated as either “A” or “B” and can be confirmed as so by checking between the mounting holes and the blade on the rotor. The “A” rotors will be used for the Front and Back, where as the “B” rotors will be used for the Left and Right arm. You can confirm you have the right rotors on the right arms by verifying the rotors marked “A” are spinning counterclockwise and the rotors marked “B” are spinning clockwise. If you have the rotor blades on the wrong arms the Draganflyer RC helicopter will not fly and will crash.

Attaching the rotors is easy. Simply use our Nylon rotor screws or Nylon Rotor Thumbscrews. The Nylon rotor screws securely attach the rotor blades to the Draganflyer main gear on each arm of the helicopter.

If you need replacement Draganflyer RC Helicopter Rotor Blades we have them in stock on our Web site or order by phone by calling 1-800-979-9794 / 306-955-9907.

The answer is yes, but the Draganflyer SAVS is intended primarily for recording and viewing a live aerial video feed, not taking still pictures. The quality of the still images can be defined as approximately 0.5 Megapixels or 710 x 480 pixels. Still images can easily be extracted from the video by means of any video editing program and you most likely already have a video editing program on your home PC. Pretty much every Windows XP computer comes with Windows Movie Maker and every Mac these days comes with iMovie. Both of these free video editing tools are very simple to use and both have a feature to capture individual frames to still images. Here is a still picture we grabbed from a Draganflyer SAVS video feed. This technique can also be used with video captured from your Draganflyer V Ti with Eyecam or your Draganflyer V Ti Pro.

First, make sure the Draganflyer battery is fully charged, and that the transmitter battery is fully charged. Check that the transmitter antenna is fully tightened and that the wire circuit board antenna on the Draganflyer RC helicopter is not loose.

Check if the transmitter crystal is plugged in all the way (this would be on the front of the transmitter in the bottom corner, or on the back in the top middle). Inspect the receiver module on the Draganflyer main circuit board. This is the part that is on the side above the arming button. The pins on this part should be plugged in all the way, so that none of the metal on the pins is exposed.

When the Draganflyer receives radio signals properly, before pressing the arming button, the red LED should blink fast when the throttle is at max, and slow when the throttle is at the lowest setting.

Because of it’s small size and light weight the Bladerunner is designed to fly indoors only. The Bladerunner is a great gift idea for beginner RC helicopter enthusiasts. As with any RC flying toy crashes will happen and parts will break. But unlike many inexpensive RC helicopters the Bladerunner can be repaired fairly easily and spare parts are readily available at Draganfly Innovations Inc. We hope this Bladerunner FAQ will help answer most of the common Bladerunner questions we have answered over the past few years. The Bladerunner instruction manual is free to download. Please feel free to contact us if you require further assistance.

Replacing the Bladerunner Rotor Blades

Purchase replacement rotor blades for your Bladerunner.

Or call: 1-800-979-9794
(Outside of North America: (306) 955-9907)

The Bladerunner rotors are held in place by a friction-fitted short, plastic “tube” located at the very top of the drive shaft. If you need to replace the rotors, remove this plastic fitting - the rotors will then simply slide off. Please note that the body of the helicopter is delicate. Use care when handling it. Be especially careful when removing or re-installing the aforementioned plastic fitting.

Note that there are plastic spacers whose purpose is to keep the rotors separated. Also note that the upper rotor is ‘keyed’ to the D-shaped drive shaft. When replacing the upper rotor, you must ensure that you orient it properly so that the D-shape of the rotor’s central opening slides onto the D-shaped drive shaft in the correct orientation. This should not require much force to do when the parts are correctly oriented. The lower rotor is also keyed to the drive shaft but instead of a D-shaped opening it uses a castellated nut whose ridges interlock with those of the drive shaft.

Repairing the Bladerunner rotor blades

If a Bladerunner rotor blade breaks or cracks it is usually possible to repair it with a piece of transparent tape. Cut a ¼” by 1″ (6 x 25mm) piece of tape. Gently hold the blade in place while you apply the tape to the blade. Wrap the tape around the leading (front) edge of the blade and make sure that it covers both the top and bottom surfaces of the blade in the damaged area. It is important that you keep the blade straight when you apply the tape. Also, please note that if you use too much tape you may need to put some on the opposite blade as well, in order to keep the blades in balance. Another tip that you may want to try is to put some tape around the leading edges of the blades, especially at the tip, as a protection in case the rotors should come in contact with something during flight or in a crash.

The rotors are tilted and not level

When the Bladerunner rotors are not spinning it is quite normal for the rotors to rest in a tilted position. This is normal even if they are properly balanced. In stationary flight (hover) the rotors will level out. However, if you start to fly forward the lower rotor will usually tilt sideways. This is due to aerodynamic and gyroscopic forces and is necessary to maintain stability.

“UnSquishing” the BladeRunner’s body shell

If you ’squish’ or dent the body/canopy of the BladeRunner, you can easily pull it back into shape. Simply attach a piece of adhesive tape to the area where the body is impacted and then use that to pull it back into shape.

Straightening flattened landing gear

If the Bladerunner landing gear bends after too many hard landings. CAREFULLY bend the gear back to a suitable shape. Try not to bend the gear too much at the upper, pre-bent angle since that is where the gear is most likely to fail. Better to put a gradual bend into the entire length of the “legs”.

If the BladeRunner keeps turning in one direction

Obviously you should first try to trim it with the trim tab located on the transmitter. If this doesn’t fully correct the problem you can try to increase the pitch angle of the blades on one of the rotors (see below) by GENTLY bending the trailing edges of the blades as follows:

If the heli turns to the left
bend down the rear (trailing edges) of the upper rotor blades

If the heli turns to the right
bend down the rear (trailing edges) of the lower rotor blades

Please do not expect the BladeRunner to remain in perfect trim. The temperature of the motors and shafts etc varies during flight so the trim tends to drift a bit.

Even after you adjust the trim, you may still need to compensate left or right to keep the helicopter steady.

Note for advanced pilots:
It is in fact better to adjust the rotor blades rather than move the transmitter-based trim lever because you will get a few extra seconds of flight time and better performance. At full throttle the overall output from the motors is actually reduced when you apply trim or rudder stick. This is because the motors are already at 100% and to turn, the only thing the software can do is to reduce the speed of one of the motors. The other motor is at 100% and can not increase; therefore the combined output is lowered. If you need full trim in one direction, this means that one of your motors will never get up to 100%.

BladeRunner tipping over during takeoff

Launch the BladeRunner from flat, smooth surfaces - only. When taking off, briskly move the throttle stick forward to get the BladeRunner airborne quickly, then, reduce throttle a bit to prevent it from shooting skywards. Do NOT let the helicopter sit on the ground with the rotors spinning at partial power - this will almost certainly cause the helicopter to tip over due to uncompensated torque effects and gyroscopic precession.

If for some reason the helicopter tips over or crashes it is important to stop the rotors immediately by pulling the throttle stick to DOWN (to the ‘off’ position). Stopping the rotors while the throttle stick is not in the ‘off’ position could damage the motor brushes or the battery fuse.

How much space do I need to fly my Bladerunner?

At least a mid-sized living room, clear of any obstructions is needed. Be sure to keep the BladeRunner away from walls, ceiling and other fixtures. The Bladerunner creates its own turbulence and because it is very sensitive to wind and turbulence (any kind of moving air) it is difficult to control when it is too close to the floor or near static objects. In fact it will seem to get “sucked” towards walls and ceilings. If this happens, reduce power immediately to prevent damage to the rotor system. Do NOT try to “power” out of the suction effect.

What about ceiling fans and air-conditioners?
The Bladerunner is very sensitive to wind and turbulence (any kind of moving air) and it can easily become unstable if you are attempting to fly it in a room with ceiling fans or air-conditioner systems which create turbulence. Because of this sensitivity to any kind of moving air, the Bladerunner can not be operated outdoors.

The Bladerunner’s tail rotor is tilted (or angled)

This is quite normal and does not influence on the stability of the helicopter. You should not try to change the angle of the motor. If the small yellow propeller itself is deformed and not spinning properly you could try to gently bend the propeller to be perpendicular to the motor shaft. Replacement Bladerunner tail propellers can be purchased at our Web site.

The Bladerunner tail rotor is not spinning when I operate the right hand stick (FWD/REV)

With the helicopter on the ground, initialize the transmitter by moving the throttle stick up a bit and then down again. Now test the Bladerunner tail motor by pushing the right stick up or down. If the tail motor does not start, try to turn it by hand while you hold full forward on the right stick. If the motor starts, run it at full speed for one minute and then reverse it by pulling the right stick to full reverse. Run the tail motor for another minute. Stop it and test again. If it still does not start by itself, repeat the procedure. If you are not able to start the tail motor it is still possible to fly your Bladerunner helicopter with almost full control and have a lot of fun.

How long will the Bladerunner fly?

This very much depends on the condition of your Bladerunner internal lipo battery. Normal flight times are 2-3 minutes and up. If you are able to fly for more than 4 minutes you should land and let the motors cool down for a few minutes before you take to the air again. If you are looking to increase the flight time of your Bladerunner and are comfortable soldering why not purchase one of our Upgraded BladeRunner High Performance Li Poly Batteries that offer almost twice the flight time.

The charging takes much longer than 20 minutes.

The weight of the Bladerunner can vary a little and this will influence your flight times. If you are able to fly for about 4-5 minutes, a full charge will take 20-30 minutes. However, if you are able to fly for more than one flight, resulting in longer total flight times - the charging time will also increase, up to 45-60 minutes.

What are the Bladerunner Warranty details?

The BladeRunner has a 30 day warranty. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. Broken parts due to use are not covered. If your BladeRunner does have a manufacturing defect, make sure that you include your receipt
when you return it for a replacement. Otherwise, the warranty does not apply. All returned products will be tested and inspected to verify the manufacturing defect. In the event that a defect is not found, all costs incurred on the shipping of the product will become the responsibility of the sender. Please see our RMA returns policy for further information.
