The New Traxxas E-Revo VXL RTR Brushless Electric RC Truck

Traxxas has scaled down its popular E-Revo RC monster truck and created the brand new Traxxas E-Revo VXL Brushless electric RC truck. The E-Revo VXL is a 1/16 scale electric rc truck which ships ready to run and includes a brushless motor, speed controller, and NiMh battery. The E-Revo features 3 driving modes that make it perfect for both beginning drivers and experienced racers:

• Training Mode™ – 50% Forward / Brake / 50% Reverse
• Sport Mode – Forward / Brake / Reverse
• Race Mode – Forward / Brake

The 1/16 scale E-Revo VXL electric RC truck is smaller than the 1/10 E-Revo at only 14 inches long, and can go up to 50 miles an hour with the included battery and brushless motor. The following hardware is included:

• Traxxas 4-channel micro receiver
• Digital High-Torque Waterproof Micro Steering Servo
• Velineon 380 Brushless Motor
• Velineon VXL-3m Electronic Speed Control
• Sealed, silicone-filled differentials
• Slipper Clutch
• Fiber-composite monocoque chassis
• Pre-glued Talon™ tires with high-performance foam inserts
• Black-chrome Gemini™ 5-spoke wheels
• High-downforce rear wing

One of the coolest new features of the Traxxas E-Revo VXL RC truck is its watertight electronics bay. The watertight bay allows you to run through water, mud, and even snow without risk to the sensitive onboard electronics. The waterproof box is able to hold any micro radio receiver you want so you’re not stuck using the Traxxas version if you don’t want to.

The included Velineon brushless motor and ESC work perfectly with 2 and 3 cell lipo batteries, and feature a low voltage cutoff that automatically detects which cell configuration you are using.
